Perfect spot for family stay
Rooms were large, we even had a nice view up Cockburn Street which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super friendly, even letting us check in early so we could settle in with the kids.
The rates were a bit high but still reasonable for the quality we received.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the Royal Mile and Waverley Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom had some quirks like a misplaced towel rack. It was a pleasant stay.

We had wonderful time at the hotel and would stay here again. Venue was clean and modern with accommodating staff and fantastic location right in the heart of old town. The room was airy and new-fashioned with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

Location was fantastic. Lovely fresh and clean Loved the fire on the tv!!!!
Would have preferred a cooked breakfast. No soap, just shower gel Possibly a bin in the room as well as the bathroom?

Quirky and modern decor, unique living wall decor, convenient airport transport options
Noise from the street and hotel bar was distracting!!! The rooms felt cramped, and the bathrooms could use some serious enlarging!!! WiFi connectivity was annoyingly weak!!! Some paths were difficult to navigate!!!

Very comfortable bed and efficient shower. Excellent location - room very quiet indeed.
Very difficult to find your way about - everywhere looks the same. No instructions in room or corridor about what to do in the event of fire or what the alarm sounded like. Soap in bathroom was in little bottles - unhygienic to remove top each time and danger of knocking over if left undone.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the city. Everything was clean and the breakfast was excellent value for money.
Not much to dislike about this hotel. It's minimalist so you won't see things like a phone in the room, kettle, etc. but it's great value for money and spotless.

Comfortable room, refreshing shower, strategically located hotel that offered a great night's sleep thanks to the superb mattress and pillow configuration, making it a wonderful choice for anyone wanting to explore the city, especially being just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Room was well designed and comfortable.
Weird room numbering. My room 530 is on the 4th floor and I found several people wandering the halls looking for their rooms.
